They were very busy when I came in. However I was more than happy to wait and the staff member was so helpful, they walked me through the right size unit for me in my move.

I believe I’ve already provided a review for Bluebird on Google but it’s been awhile. If it helps anyone, my daughter and I still use their storage facility (after several years) and couldn’t be happier. I’ve tried other storage facilities that appeared to cost less but it turned out that they just have a different billing cycle - with the extra payments in a year, they’re about the same as Bluebird, if not more. Also, with Bluebird, customer service has always been great and I’ve never had a mouse problem there like I have at other facilities. I highly recommend Bluebird Self Storage.

I was a customer for four years. The Team was always accomodating and really made me feel valuable. It was very easy to load and unload. I have nothing but good things to say about Bluebird Self Storage. They are simply the best.

I'm a girl who finds storage units extremely creepy, and I've never really felt safe using a lot in the area. But bluebird was a lot different. I love that the office is connected straight to the units, and getting help is easy (unlike big companies who have you on hold for 20 mins). I also love that it's not musty or dirty. It's very clean and bright, making the atmosphere a lot more comfortable and not creepy. You are definitely getting your money's worth here. Would 100% recommend it to anyone, over the other storage facilities in HRM

The storage units are nice and spacious, and everything is kept in great condition. Access hours are convenient (early mornings to late evenings, including weekends), making it easy to get in and out whenever I need to.
