We have a locker at Bluebird Storage. The fact we can have items shipped to our locker and received by Bluebird staff is a game changer for us. With freight delivered to our locker with immediate notification frees us up to grow our business. Having an available well appointed boardroom available to clients is a tremendous bonus for us to meet our own clients. Wanted to mention that your location is by far the best storage company I've dealt with over the years. I live in Alberta but had to store personal items back home and your location was the right place for my needs. The customer service definitely rates a 10 out of 10 ( and i dont give that high rating very often). Everyone is always so friendly and knowledgeable. I was also impressed by the cleanliness and the layout of the building. Great job 👏

They patiently answered all my questions and provided me with all the necessary information regarding pricing, unit sizes, and availability. Upon visiting their facility, I found it to be clean, well-maintained, and secure. The staff members were professional and helpful throughout the entire process. They guided me through the paperwork and explained the terms and conditions of the rental agreement in detail.

We have been using this self-storage company for many, many years and the quality of service has always been first class. The manager, Jeff, is personable, kind, helpful and very professional. His staff are professional and helpful as well. The storage site is always well maintained, clean, and organized. We have never had a problem. We would highly recommend this company if you require a secure, clean site to store your valuables of either a personal or business nature.

Have been a client of Bluebird for several years now and am very happy with the friendly service i get from these guys. Jeff and Ryan are in a class of their own when it comes to service and are always ready to help out in any way they can. From dropping out your package to your unit or to schedule some time for your meetings in the provided boardroom. I often request time to meet with clients in the boardroom they have available at no charge and it's always very clean. Thanks guys, your doing a great job.
