Bluebird Self Storage - Dartmouth - Wright

This is the first time I have used a storage unit. The staff was professional friendly, and the facility is well-lit and clean. Sign up was very straightforward. Highly recommend this facility for your storage needs. The rows are a bit of a maze, and while they are labeled with names, I would love arrows, or colour coding for each “street”. Otherwise, very satisfied!

Storage unit is climatised and has good opening times. Be aware that a mandatory monthly insurance fee will be added, right now CAD 15. If you choose an offer from their website, make a screenshot! They won't remember it when you finish the booking process in their office and tell you that there was never an offer like that.

I was impressed with the customer service provided by bluebird Storage. When I called to inquire about their services, the representative was friendly and knowledgeable. They patiently answered all my questions and provided me with all the necessary information regarding pricing, unit sizes, and availability. Upon visiting their facility, I found it to be clean, well-maintained, and secure. The staff members were professional and helpful throughout the entire process. They guided me through the paperwork and explained the terms and conditions of the rental agreement in detail.

We have been using this self-storage company for many, many years and the quality of service has always been first class. The manager, Jeff, is personable, kind, helpful and very professional. His staff are professional and helpful as well. The storage site is always well maintained, clean, and organized. We have never had a problem. We would highly recommend this company if you require a secure, clean site to store your valuables of either a personal or business nature.

Have been a client of Bluebird for several years now and am very happy with the friendly service i get from these guys. Jeff and Ryan are in a class of their own when it comes to service and are always ready to help out in any way they can. From dropping out your package to your unit or to schedule some time for your meetings in the provided boardroom. I often request time to meet with clients in the boardroom they have available at no charge and it's always very clean. Thanks guys, your doing a great job.
